Confident Coils Styling Solution

Use Confident Coils with Jessicurl Gelebration Spray or Rockin’ Ringlets for extra curl enhancement or alone to give tighter curls definition and hold. Distribute evenly through soaking wet hair and scrunch to encourage curls or finger-comb to elongate. Air-dry or dry with a diffuser. This stuff is pretty concentrated, so less is more. If your hair is fine and gets weighed down easily, use a very small amount at first and increase from there, if you need more hold.

It’s great for defining curls! I recently tried Confident Coils, which I apply before Spiralicious Styling Gel and then air dry. Confident Coils added some really nice curl definition and spring to my hair. I have fine hair that can look stringy with just gel. Confident Coils made my hair clump into well-formed curls. This product makes a huge difference for me!
I’ve been using this product on my fine, thin, curly hair for almost 13 years. I combine a tiny bit of Confident Coils with Rockin’ Ringlets and scrunch it into my wet hair, which I then let air-dry. Once my hair is bone dry, I scrunch out the tiny bit of crunch that is left behind with clean, product-free hands, and fluff my way to as much volume as I can. It’s been my ‘holy grail’ product for so long, I don’t know what I’d do without it, I buy an 8oz bottle each year.
Like most curly girls, I have tried dozens of products for my fine 3A hair with high porosity. I have been using this product for a few weeks and have had great results every time so I feel confident reviewing it! After rinsing out my conditioner, I scrunch most of the water out of my hair with my hands and then apply about a fifty cent piece size of cream throughout. Then I wrap my hair up in my microfiber towel while I’m putting on lotion and all, and then I scrunch 4 pumps of Deva curl gel through my hair and scrunch with my towel. I let my hair air dry for about 20 minutes and the diffuse to dry. I scrunch out the crunch with dry hands at the end. Amazing results on day 1, good on day 2, and I can refresh by spraying it with water on day 3.
