Cleanse and Dry Make sure skin is clean and dry before applying. Use SilcSkin Cleanser or a gentle soap free from moisturizers, emollients or oils. Dry thoroughly. Sweating at night may interfere with adhesion.	Separate Pad from Packaging Remove pad from packaging. Remove the storage tray. Cut open poly bag containing the pad. Remove pad from backing.	Apply to a Clean Face It will naturally stick to the skin since it is self-adhesive. For best results, wear while sleeping.	Remove Slowly In the morning, remove pad slowly in an upwards motion. To store for reuse: Place on the storage tray and put the tray inside the packaging.
