1. Is it suitable for all hair types?

This is NOT suitable for all hair types. The air wrap function will not work on short or medium size hair. It will also not work on thick or thin hair unfortunately.

2. Do the curling barrels rotate?

The curling barrels are not automatic, they are static. This product uses the air it generates to wrap your hair around the barrel, and you then move the barrel closer to you head and hold for 15 seconds. You then turn it off and the hair will release forming the curl. Please see the product video to understand how to use this function correctly, otherwise it will not curl your hair.

3. Do any of the parts/heads rotate?

No they do not, they are static.

4. I can’t get the air wrap to work, how does this actually work?

Please see the image below which shows you how to use the air wrap function properly. Please also see the product video which demonstrates how to use it.

5. Will the curling effect be better than curling irons?

Our curling comb uses the wing blowing/ air wrap style, the effect is not as strong as the traditional curling stick, but it does not damage or hurt your hair. Please do not compare with traditional curling irons.

6. Can this be used as a everyday product?

Indeed it can. It is designed to be used as an everyday product and do different functions.

7. How does this product compare to one of the big brands?

Our product is similar to those products but works differently. It produces similar results, but please do not compare this product to those of big brands.
