My grip band is not gripping, what am I doing wrong?

You are likely wearing the band either inside out or upside down. Silicone strips go on the outside to grip the wig. The logo tag should also be on the outside and right side up so that the velvet filaments grip your skin on the inside of the band.

Can I wash the wig grip band?

Yes, you can hand wash the band in warm water with a gentle detergent. Hang or lay flat to dry.

Is the lace fragile?

The Swiss lace is very strong but use care when stretching the band. It is delicate lace that will break if you use too much force.

How do I know if I should buy the brown or the beige color band?

Most customers buy the band that match their skin tone best. However, some customers prefer to have the band match the wig and therefore buy both colors and use the beige for blonde wigs and the brown for darker wigs.
