Read the instructions in the package carefully before use, which will help you make the shape that fits you best.	You can re-mold your mouth guard if the impression is not accurate.	Clean the guard after each use.

Boil water in the pot (Fill the pot at least 3 inches deep with water) and stop heating at the boiling point.	Let the water stop boiling for several seconds. Drop the mouth guard into hot water for 20-30 seconds.	Remove the mouth guard from the hot water and allow it to cool for a few seconds.

Place mouth guard over your upper teeth. (The mouth guard needs to be molded at this point.) Bite mouth guard gently, at the same time, press it with your fingers from the front of your teeth. (Press the guard with your finger from the center to outward to achieve best results.)	Once you feel the mouth guard fits well, take it out from your mouth. Drop it in the cold water and wait for 20-30s to harden it.	The mouth guard is ready to accompany you to your sleep!

Step 1 : Heating the Guard

Boil water in a pan that can be filled at least 3 inches deep with water. After the water comes to a boil remove the pan from the burner and let the water stop boiling for several seconds. Drop the guard into the hot water for 20-30 seconds, then remove it from hot water and allow it to cool for a few seconds. Hold the Guard on a paper towel while the edges are facing toward you and the end of the mouthpiece is facing up. This will prevent the walls from collapsing against each other.

Step 2: Moulding and fitting the Guard

After a few seconds you will be able to touch the Guard with your fingers. Slightly spread the walls of the Guard apart so that there is enough room for your teeth to fit inside. Use your tongue to apply pressure to the inside walls while simultaneously using your fingers to press directly against the outside walls, tightening the Guard around your teeth for about 15 or 20 seconds.
