How to Floss

Step 1 Take about 18 inches of floss (enough to use a clean section per tooth) and wrap it around each middle finger.	Step 2 Hold the floss taut with thumbs + index fingers. Position small section of floss around each tooth in a “C” shape.	Step 3 Gently slide floss under the gum crevice + glide floss away from tooth. Repeat on every tooth with a clean section of floss each time
